Dialogue Community as a Promising Tool of World Development

The current evolution stage of the humankind may be defined as the practical creation of the world community. In the post-crisis environment any efforts targeted at the confrontation of different civilization growth pattern, the promotion of a specific development pattern as an ideal restructuring model for the rest of the world and other methods impairing diversity and equality seem quite unpromising.
