The Role of the Interreligious Dialogue in the Development of Dialogue Community
Interreligious dialogue is founded on the significance of religious dimension in human life. Common efforts of various confessional institutions are currently required to prevent possible speculations based on religious differences and aimed at achievement of certain political targets.
The values of personal religious conscience for interreligious dialogue are actualized through debates between faith and reason. As a response to the challenges of modern reality, churches, confessions and religious communities restore traditional values using the images personalities they bring forward for glorification or worshipping. Special attention is paid to contemporary processes in interreligious and social dialogue which has been initiated in the European Union.
